We were able to set up separate calendars for each of our locations. Each location was able to manage their calendars including uploading graphics which included menus and special events. The implementation of the software went without a hitch. In fact we were on line within a couple hours. They provide excellent user guides that allowed us train our users remotely. Great Job! |

I am producing a small ezine (news on Russia, http://ryska-posten.com. My budget is miniscule and for years I have tried to solve my problems with cgiscripts. Now for only 35 dollars I get a professional database installed and ready. This generates news to my homepage, and my readers can freely search all old materials. Also they can choose to read only news on their subject. (The other day my server owner asked for 100 dollars just to install a search engine). When I picked News Manager from expinion I had looked at a number of scripts that were both older (not asp-based), more complicated and far more expensive. Also I want to praise the accurate support. After paying the 35 bucks by PayPal my new homepage was up and running within three hours. An unimportant error message was fixed overnight. This script should really have great chanses to become a standard among small and medium large web producers.

Not only does the poll work and look great, but with the administration area (where you edit the poll(s)) makes it the easiest poll software to use and edit. You don't have to be an expert in ASP to use this. The best part about this poll is with the company that made it. They are by far the nicest and friendlies staff I have ever worked with. I have used many ASP management programs, but this one is by far the best yet. With the new upgrades to 3.5, you really are able to build this application to suit. Further more, the team which builds/supports the application was VERY helpful in troubleshooting some code issues I was having. Their response was quick, accurate and very friendly. Great Script - Best Support Bar-None!
I purchased the Inews Publisher product back on Aug. 10, 2005. Being unfamiliar with ASP scripting I contacted iNEWS Publisher for technical support. To my surprise, my issues were dealt with almost immediately (within about 1 hour)! The support personnel were very helpful and friendly to say the least, and worked with me until I had the scripts configured the way I needed them too! My purpose for writing this review is to inform the readers of Aspin.com that MY experience with the makers of iNews Publisher has been ALL positive. We went to the Expinion Help Desk a little over a year ago and it has been great. With several thousand customers using the system, we have encountered no problems or bugs.
It has an integrated knowledge base and trouble ticketing system and you can easily modify the help desk home page to add your own links to tutorials and documentation. It doesn't do anything with forums though.
A really nice feature that has cut down on our support is the submit a ticket search. When a user goes to add a ticket, they are prompted to enter the subject. Before they are taken to the next screen, the knowledgebase is searched and results displayed. This greatly reduces the number of tickets of people asking a question already in the knowledgebase.
We have a Spanish translation of one of our products and the Help Desk was easily translated with 2 include files.
We have received great response from our newer customers who have only known the help desk since they can be assured e-mails are received and not blocked by spam blockers. We have received some resistance from earlier customers who prefer E-mail, requring us to politely explain how the help desk is better for them (no blocked messages, faster responses, etc). |

Within one hour of receiving the links to download I had MultiCalendars working and basically customized for Infynite’s website. The hardest part was simply deciding how to structure your applications within our site. MultiCalendars was only one solution from the package of three that I ordered, yet I am so super-impressed at the attention to detail and thorough documented support that I have no doubt these three products will impact sales and productivity in a very positive way. I have ASP programming experience and it is painfully clear how supremely built your applications are. I have used Multi-Calendar as the centerpiece for an event calendar for our county. I set up many indivudual calendars and hundreds of users. I modified the calendar to allow users more privilages and administrators with better control. I reviewed many different event calendars and felt this was the best. After working with it, I am sure it was the best i could find. |

I've been through a ton of ASP-based membership-type web applications and this is the first one where "customer support" truly meant supporting the customer's installation and technical needs. It's a refreshing change. The Member Management System is a solution that is working for my membership. I put premium content online and am able to allow access to members only – relatively easily. The package is very reasonable – saving me much on programming. The best benefit I have found is the responsive customer service. There were a few things I could not figure out without asking and one extra feature that was added for me that makes life much easier. I received answers to my questions in minutes and I really, really appreciate that. Their service is above and beyond.

I am amazed with this product. The amount of time to set this up was 15 minutes. I then created 10 different calendars for 10 different schools in the next 10 minutes. Next on my list is 100 teachers with each a calendar, all for 115$ This is the best deal I have EVER found on a web component! Strongly recommended, works fast even with ou Access database, one single file to backup all the calendars!! Oh, and I had time to translate the bulk of it! Links to our calendars on our site will be active in a day or two. We were using WebCalendarCreator... expensive and high maintenance! This one is cheap and low maintenance! Thank you so much!

If you need a nice ASP solution for handling access to your site you should seriously consider this product. The product is well thought out, easy to set up, it looks great and has the features you need. The code is clean and easy to understand you can easily made modifications to it if you have a need to. The support is excellent. I sent an email to support to ask a question about how to accomplish something in the program I was writing and got a reply within an hour ( with sample code included ) explaining how to accomplish the task. This is the second product I have purchased from Expinion. I will be back.

I worked with Expinion customer support for several days, and they were always quick to respond and very helpful. I was customizing their code, so I didn't expect much help because the support reps weren't able to see the changes I had made (site was not yet public). I was impressed, though, because they offered timely and accurate assistance without any hesitation regarding the customization. The product is robust and flexible, and surprisingly inexpensive. Hard to beleive that for such low price the package allows up to 25 different calendars; each can be administered by a separate administrator. The latest update which permits to quickly specify the start and ending time of each event places expinion's MultiCalendar in a class of its own. BTW the support by expinion is one of the best that we have encountered on the net. |
