Could you provide a simple 'how to do' on intergration of the help desk application into an existing web site? Our web pages does not use frames but has a standard set of tables containing navigation, additional info and the main subject in the center (almost identical arrangments as your expinion.net site)

You need to open and modify files inc_header.asp and inc_footer.asp.
