Q: Application pricing and limits
Are your prices really as listed ? For example does the MultiCalendars application really cost only $155.00, even if I want to rent out calendars to other companies? What limits do you impose ?
A:
Yes ! We keep our prices low so every website owner can afford it, but you are still in good company, look here for some of our best known clients.
We don't impose any limits on the applications. For example you CAN have an unlimited number of calendars with the MultiCalendars application for $155, and you can have an UNLIMITED number of issues and agents with our Help Desk for $145. (These functionalities have been built into the application, so that they are possible with one installation.)
However, we do ask you to follow the license agreement that can be found here. This states that you can only have one copy of each application installed, per single site license purchase.
Prices also include support, source code, users manuals, FTP install, and future version upgrade. (You can also host anywhere you want, provided your host is Windows IIS, supports ASP code and supports either MS Access or SQL databases.)
Q: Discounts
Do you offer any discounts ?
A:
Yes as a matter of fact we do, for orders of two or more applications. Please visit this URL for more information and predefined packages.
You can also request your own customized package at a 20 - 25% discount by emailing us. There may be a discount for non-profit companies as well, with certain limitations. Please email us at the link above, providing more information if you wish to claim a non-profit discount.
If you've previously purchased an application but have run out of free version upgrades, you may be allowed to purchase an upgrade for half price. Please email us for more information.
Q: Email Components
What email components does your software support ?
A:
By default most of our software supports the following 9 email components:
AB Mailer Persits ASPEmail ASPMail CDONTS CDOSYS JMail Dundas Exchange (CDOPickup)
We will add any email component support to any of our applications free of charge when requested.
Q: Trial Editions
Do you offer free trial versions?
A:
No, sorry. Our ASP applications are not compiled in any way and come with full source code, as such we can not give out any trial copies.
However, we guarantee that as long as you meet the System Requirements, we can make the application work exactly as it does on the online demo. (All applications have online demos that you can experiment with, as much as you like.)
Q: Installation Requests
How does the free installation work ?
A:
You can request your free installation for any purchased applications here.
In order for us to do the installation, we will need temporary FTP and HTTP access to the server (or the installation folder). Only two individuals have been entrusted with performing external installations. Nobody else will have access to your FTP information before, during or after installation.
Unless blackout times are specified, we will perform the upgrade at our earliest opportunity. You will be informed when the installation has been completed - with login URL, username and password, and any other relevant information. (Installation is usually completed within 24 hours, but may take as long as one week depending on workload.)
Q: 'Internal Server Error' ?
I'm getting the following error message: "Internal Server Error" Any suggestions?
A:
If you are receiving vague error messages such as:
"Internal Server Error,"
please ensure that your browser is not setup to send 'Friendly Messages'. For MSIE version 6+ please check the following:
* With Explorer open, click on the Explorer Tools tab. * Click on the button Internet Options. * Click on the Advanced Tab. * Locate the Browsing section of the list (near the top). * Scroll down to verify that the Show friendly HTTP error messages box is not checked.
Friendly HTTP Error Messages do not contain the detail required to troubleshoot properly. Once you have this setting changed, please try to reproduce the error, and copy it [ctrl] [C] to your issue. This new message will provide us with a far better opportunity to help you with your problem.
If the messages you are receiving are still this vague, you should contact your host. (Sometimes customized messages have been set up.)
