Help Desk v5.2.1 Changes:
This is a minor version release that contains the following changes (from version 5.2) only.
- Improved usability from browsers other than MS Internet Explorer. (IE is still the browser of choice for this application, and certain features in the administration still only function when using Explorer.)
- Improved WYSIWYG editor.
- New report showing client usernames, passwords and emails list. (Available from the issue edit area of administration.)
- More text included in inc_language.asp files (for easier translation).
- Client Overview report can now be limited to a single specified client and date span.
- Additional tokens for email templates. (Issue Title and Issue Question contents can now be included in most automatic emails.)
Since this is only a minor version upgrade, it doesn't involve any database changes. It also won't be listed from your Check for Upgrades utility.
