Aside from the system requirements for Help Desk itself,
the following requirements need to be met in order for the POP3 add-on to run.
- Working copy of Help Desk v6.0 or higher
- The MailBee POP3 component must be installed on the server.
If you are on a shared hosting server, please verify that your host is willing to install the component (included with your download), before making your purchase.

- Windows XP/2000 is required on one PC if you wish to use the included PC utility to schedule the mail transfers.
