The application code that's provided will be identical to the Single Installation code, only the license differs.

Expinion's Server License Definition:
Allows Licensee to use the software as long as the application resides on the servers of one business only, and that the software is used only on domains or intranet servers owned and administered exclusively by the business who purchased the license, and that the restrictions above and below are upheld.
i. e. A company may own and use the software license on dozens of domains, provided that the domains are all owned by the licensee company only. (The applications are not to be distributed for use on the domains of that company's clients or visitors.)
Restrictions:
The Server Licensee is not permitted to:
Use the application outside of the corporate servers for which it was purchased.
Re-sell or otherwise distribute (freeware etc.) the application, or any portion of the source code.
Install the software outside the licensed corporation or business.
Use the software for web hosting by other parties (companies) even if the application resides on your corporate servers.
Installation is not included in a server license, but can be arranged. Technical support is included, but limited to 10 issues/questions per license, a maximum of 3 hours, or for a period of up to 3 months - which ever comes first. Beyond that, a support contract will be required.
Expinion's Developer License Definition:
Allows Licensee to modify and use the source code and/or application, and use it without limitations to the number of users, with the exception of the restrictions outlined above and below.
The Licensee can include the application/source code as a part of another product.
Restrictions:
The Licensee may not re-sell, lease, or otherwise distribute (freeware, etc.) the application or code.
The Licensee may not use the product to compete with Expinion.net by selling the code directly except as part of web site design and/or a hosting package.
Ideal for web developers/hosting companies.
Installation and support are not included. Contracts are available upon request.
Expinion's Enterprise License Definition:
The Licensee can modify and use the source code and/or application themselves. They may also resell and distribute the application, royalty-free, with only the following limitations.
All references to Expinion.net must be removed from the code and manuals prior to distribution.
The licensee may not sell Enterprise licenses. (i.e. Your clients may not be allowed unrestrained reselling of the code, even if modified. Only the licensee company and its employees or partners may sell single site / server / developer licenses.) Nobody other than Expinion.net has the rights to sell licenses similar to the Enterprise license for this code.
The licensee may not distribute the code to end-users free-of-charge, except as part of a hosting package or larger software package (for which there is a charge), for a period of 3 years after the license purchase.
The licensee may not try to enforce any 'copyrights' against Expinion, for Expinion's own code or written materials, nor is this license exclusive. i.e. Expinion is free to sell as many Enterprise licenses (for their own code) as they wish, and to sell it to anyone that they wish.
The licensee may not use any promotional materials, written by Expinion.net or found on Expinion.net pages to market their application, except for the manuals that were provided with the download.
Future upgrades and installations are not included in this license. Support by Expinion.net will not be provided for the Enterprise license holder's clients and end users. Installation and/or support contracts for the Enterprise license holder may be available upon request.
Single-Installation License:
A single installation license (sometimes referred to as a Single Site license) allows one single installation of an application, on a single domain or intranet server. Any number of links to/from other sites, any number of users and any number of agents are allowed.

Licensing can be modified according to prior agreement between the Licensee and Expinion.net.
