HelpConnection.NET v3.0 Released - Oct. 27, 2009

We're very excited about our latest version upgrade for our HelpConnection.net Customer Support software system.  (This product is written in asp.net, and is sold from our sister site, http://www.helpconnection.net. )

V3.0 has a number of new features including the ability to find, reply to, and send Twitter tweets from the agent admin area. Tweets can even be captured as tickets, and admin agent tasks can be established based on this tweet.
