What is the most current version of Expinion's asp based Help Desk?

Still our most popular asp application ever!  

Expinion Help Desk Version 6.5 is the most recent version. It was released on January 16^th, 2008.  Please feel free to try it out.   [ Demo ]

New Features:
The most recent version (6.5) was a minor version release (from previous version 6.3), and contained the following improvements.

1. Image verification (captcha) in the online question submission form, submit.asp. This is an effective deterent against automated submissions. (Spam.)

   This setting is optional, but the verification will be On by default.
   
   
   
2. Image verification (captcha) in the comments portion of the view KB article form (issue_view.asp). Much like the issue submission captcha, this is for the purpose of reducing automated submissions.

   This is also an optional setting in the config.asp file, but the verification will be On by default.
   
   
3. An %EMAIL% token was added for use in the Update Issue - Agent email template.
   Now you can include the client's email address as part of that email's content, so the agent can respond directly via email if desired.
   
   
4. Various additional links and conveniences. (Examples: A password retrieval link added to client submission form. A Related Issues link area was added to the client's private issues viewing area...)

The upgrade process is the easiest ever, since there were no database or POP3 Add-on changes between versions 6.3 and 6.5. (All you have to do is upload some files, and modify the new config.asp file to match your old one!)
